THE PROBLEM:
If you have eczema, your immune system overreacts to small irritants or allergens. This overreaction can inflame your skin. This can often be found on the feet, legs or softer skin areas and arms.
TREATMENT:
Soak your feet in the Elim Spa Additive in luke warm water, rinse and exfoliate lightly with the Alpha Hydroxy Acid Foot Exfoliant. Â If the skin needs more calming you can now apply the Elim UltraMud. The Mud should be applied and the feet or arms wrapped in a wet towel for 30 minutes. Â Rinse the skin.
