Elim Spa Products International was founded in 2004 by Shantelle Booysen, owner & designer of all the treatments. Shantelle had a driving need for a premium pedicure and manicures with proven results. This later developed into a UV Protective Manicure and a proven solution to prevent Stretch Marks. Recently the brand launched Elim Natura, a Vegan, natural range with the focus on Yoga, Sauna Products and at home Massages.
It is a brand new way of doing your future salon pedicure treatments and Manicure treatments . We designed and formulated 3 innovative systems for hands feet and body that would guarantee results. How? We selected maximum actives and although we never compromise on a terrific experience, our aim is to create results.

Meet Shantelle Long Booysen
The idea for MediHeel came from a personal experience and my desire for a pedicure that could deliver longer lasting results with superior active ingredients. We took the sequence of the traditional pedicure and critically analyzed the steps to see if changing them could result in a better outcome.
We looked at each product and benchmarked the pedicure products with the technology that had historically only been reserved for facial treatments.
The filing and blading had to go. When over-filing the foot, the body will experience a message of injury and will protect the skin by forming a thick callus. A chemical peel was developed that keratolytically removes dead skin cells by breaking up the protein bonds on the heel.
The industry was in desperate need of a completely new system that challenged the current offerings. We looked for a system that could offer extreme results. A Medi-Pedi System.
In our research we realized that 70% of clients have foot issues they want to address but realised that clients would not walk into a treatment room asking you to help him or her with foot odour, nail fungi, or cracked heels.
Our clients simply sit down, they go through the procedure and are often frustrated two days later when the heels are dry again.

Our MEDIHEEL Pedicure is a premium system, with 8 targeted steps allowing you to focus on your needs. Whether it be heel fissures, bacterial infections, dry feet, nail fungus or painful and tired feet. The MediHeel range caters for specific needs as well as a regular treatment.
MEDIHAND Manicure
Our MEDIHAND Manicure is a premium system with 5 targeted steps. Specifically designed with UV protection. The steps all include UV blockers to protect your hands against harmful rays of UV lamps, outdoor UV rays while driving or exercising. The MediHand Manicure takes care of discoloured nails, dry and injured cuticles, ageing on the hands and dark spots.
BODYSCIENCE
BODYSCIENCEÂ is our Soapless revolution that aims to protect the natural oils of the body. With our elasticity enhancement range. The system encourage the elimination of soap as a cleanser and is a preventative system for stretch marks. This range has proven successful stretch mark elimination during pregnancy, puberty growth spurts or for weight training clients, prone to stretch marks.
